Why digital?
(Does the word digital look weird to you yet, or is it just me?)
Digital art brings many advantages to the table. There are the benefits of multiple save files, layers, speed, and more! In addition, digital art is what is used in the entertainment industry such as concept art for video games! Since digital art possesses the assets listed above, it is perfect for making quick changes to create the character, creature, or storytelling prop that the team envisions.
Is digital art cheating?
Of course not. But, unfortunately, it sometimes gets a bad rap. Plagiarism is still plagiarism, and tracing is still tracing.

With a 2020 Bachelors of Psychology from Clemson University, my passions also lie in doing what I can to help others more enjoy life, which I find has overflown into my connection with art and the industry. I also have a combined 4 years of experience volunteering in a clinical mental health hospital, studying clinical mental health counseling at a graduate level, and working as a research assistant under a tenured professor. Though I treasure these experiences and all they have taught me, I have since shifted my direction. I study various artists including Marc Brunet, Stan Prokopenko, Anthony Chong Jones, Bobby Chiu, Ross Tran, Robert Stacy, and others.
I am always working to improve, and in my free time I love to create surreal creatures, emotive fantasy portraits, and fan art.
With both of my grandmothers having been artists themselves, I was raised with a pencil in one hand and a paintbrush in the other.
My true love lies in surrealism, and some of my biggest inspirations are Dalí, Beksiński, Ken Currie, David Firth, and Anthony Jones.
I find inspiration every day in video games, movies, music, nature, museums and even in my dreams!
